• Expertise
Annerose specialises in corporate recovery and insolvency work. She has acted domestically and interna-tionally for many companies involved in debt restructuring and turnaround and for office holders on several high profile German insolvencies, e.g.:
– Case management in cross-border assignments for German office-holders.
– Acting as special German-counsel on US Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings.
– Advising German creditors in US Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases.
– Debt restructuring advice for real estate portfolio, distressed retail group and group of companies
in the chemical industry and automotive sector.
– Distressed M&A (predominantly retail, traditional heavy industry, automotive and new energy).
– Advising creditors on German insolvency law and construction and/or enforcement of security rights.
– Extensive advice for foreign office holders and debtor companies as special German counsel.

Ph. D. in German/Japanese insolvency law (University of Düsseldorf and Keio-University in Tokyo, Dr. jur., 2006).
