Professional Bio:

With over 15 years of experience in the sector, Tatiana routinely advises national and foreign investors and creditors on stressed investments or divestments, acquisition of assets in special situations, debt restructuring and guarantees in complex lawsuits, in addition to have a broad expertise on judicial restructurings, bankruptcy and corporate and arbitral litigation.

Furthermore, she also acts as communication director of IWIRC-Brazil, as the director of the Brazilian Institute for Corporate Recovery, besides being a member of the Bankruptcy and Recovery Committee of IASP. Academically, Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s in Business Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
