Professional Bio:
Yazmeen Gadalla is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal currently employed at Hendren, Redwine & Malone, PLLC as a Bankruptcy Paralegal. In Yazmeen's previous roles, she was a Corporate Paralegal at Smith Anderson and a Bankruptcy Paralegal at Waldrep LLP.
Through her journey in the legal field, she has become proficient in bankruptcy and corporate work. Currently, she assists attorneys with a wide variety of business and debtor bankruptcy matters, primarily in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. She also has experience with corporate clients in start-up practices, assisting with the formation of corporations and other business-related matters. She also has experience assisting healthcare clients with various matters, including business formation, regulatory compliance, certificate of need (CON) applications, and licensing issues.
Yazmeen graduated from North Carolina State University in 2016, with a double major in English and Criminology (cum laude). After entering the legal field, Yazmeen decided to obtain her Paralegal Program Certificate from Guilford College in December of 2017, in order to become a North Carolina Certified Paralegal in April of 2018.
Yazmeen is the Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's Paralegal Division, the Co-Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's Paralegal Division's Communications, Scholarship, and Membership Committees, and is a member of the Pro Bono Committee.
