Professional Bio:

Plamena has over 8 years of experience in financial services, deal advisory and restructuring. Plamena joined FTI Consulting in the Cayman Islands in October 2022 and she has worked on a number of liquidations, directorships, advisory and restructuring officer jobs since. She focuses on fintech and digital assets matters and has been involved in the first restructuring officer regime appointment in the Cayman Islands in addition to working on several high profile digital assets cases. Before joining FTI, Plamena worked for KPMG where she gained her ACA qualification and worked on a number of deal advisory and restructuring engagements. She is also currently studying towards her INSOL qualification.
