Randi is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in finance and accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Randi has spent the last 15+ years in leadership roles in the asset-based lending industry serving middle-market companies throughout the U.S. She was a founding member of the leadership team of a specialty finance company where she laid the foundation for the organization’s operations and instituted a strong credit culture. Randi was instrumental in bringing its brand and core competencies to market and nurturing relationships with key centers of influence, which contributed to the success of the company’s business development efforts.

In her roles in specialty finance, Randi led the risk management function while overseeing the loan portfolio and credit operations. She works closely with owners, investors, equity sponsors, and C-suite executives to obtain an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing their businesses and provides creative and flexible financing solutions to meet their working capital needs.

Randi brings a rare blend of keen underwriting, credit analysis, and risk management skills combined with a steadfast commitment to delivering professional, personalized, and responsive service that fosters strong and trusting working relationships. Drawing upon her approach to critically analyzing historical financial results and cash flow projections, Randi has created customized loan structures that maximize borrowing availability across various asset classes. A hallmark of her success has been the generation of favorable investment returns without incurring any loan losses.

As a veteran leader in the asset-based lending industry, Randi has established successful, long-standing relationships with a network of referral sources and other professionals with whom she collaborates to generate new loan opportunities for middle-market companies. Within organizations, she has fostered flexible and supportive work environments that encourage continuous learning, creativity, and teamwork. She has served as a valuable resource for the education and training of colleagues with a focus on best practices that promote adherence to effective policies and streamlined processes which facilitate growth.

Randi’s extensive experience serving middle-market companies also includes over 15 years at national and regional accounting firms. She managed all phases of financial and business advisory engagements for a diverse client base where she created strategies to mitigate internal control risk, improve organizational profitability, and enhance operational efficiencies. During that time she also performed forensic accounting and investigatory work for attorneys, financial services organizations, and government agencies.

Randi maintains high visibility through leadership roles in the lending, turnaround, and restructuring communities. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia/Wilmington Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the TMA Global Awards Selection Committee, the TMA NOW Global Committee, the TMA Mid-Atlantic Symposium Planning Committee, and the Commercial Finance Association (CFA) Women in Commercial Finance Committee. "IWIRC is an organization where I really feel connected to the other women. Even though our lives and backgrounds are varied, we share a common bond in an industry that is still male dominated."
