Professional Bio:

I am a member of the Allen & Overy's Asia Pacific Restructuring and Recovery Group and focus on restructurings, insolvencies and workouts in a wide range of industries and jurisdictions.

I am highly experienced in complex, cross-border financial restructurings involving the People’s Republic of China elements, and have particular experience in bankruptcy and insolvency litigation. I am passionate about the development of insolvency and bankruptcy law and procedures in Hong Kong and China, and its impact on cross-border enforcement and financing structures.

I am dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion and providing support to female practitioners in the restructuring and insolvency market in Hong Kong. I am currently the Secretary of the Hong Kong Network Board, International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
