On Thursday, 13 October 2016 at 7:00 pm we held IWIRC Hong Kong's inaugural Cantonese language event, which comprised an Oyster Master Class with a shucking professional. The event involved a 1.5 hour Oyster Master Class, conducted in Cantonese, where the 41 attendeees gained hands-on experience on how to shuck oysters, tasted oysters with wine pairings and learned about the characteristics of oysters from different countries.
