Professional Bio:

Natalie is a Senior Associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency team at Travers Smith. She specialises in advising on high-profile, complex debt restructurings and insolvencies. 

She provides restructuring and insolvency advice to a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including private equity sponsors, corporates and their boards, pension schemes, insolvency practitioners and turnaround professionals, distressed investors, and other creditors.

Natalie is a co-chair of communications of the IWIRC London Network.
