We were delighted to host this event with our colleagues from the IWIRC European Network and are glad so many of our members and non-members could join us for an very informative event, which saw Caoimhe Kennedy chair a panel of speakers from across Europe, each of whom provided valuable insight into the effects of Brexit on the recognition of UK English insolvency proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
