The prestigious panel from JAMS' Detroit office will feature Hon. Steven W. Rhodes (Ret.), Hon. Gerald E. Rosen (Ret.), Hon. Mary Beth Kelly (Ret.), and Mr. Clarence L. Pozza, Jr., Esq. 

Retired Chief Judge Rhodes served on the federal bench for 30 years, and oversaw the City of Detroit's 2013 bankruptcy, the largest municipal bankruptcy in U.S. History. 

Retired Chief Judge Rosen was a Senior Partner at Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone before serving for 26 years on the federal bench. Judge Rosen served as the Chief Judicial Mediator during the Detroit Bankruptcy, orchestrating the critical Grand Bargain. 

Mary Beth Kelly, Retired Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, held three terms as Chief Judge of the Wayne County Circuit Court before joining Michigan's highest court. She remains the only woman in history to hold this position. 

Mr. Clarence L. Pozza brings over 40 years of experience to JAMS. He served as a Managing Director of Miller Canfield for 10 years and he served an additional 8 years as chair of the firm's Litigation Group.
