Jeff Goetz of Dickinson Bradshaw and Jeanne Goche of Solutions in Health Care Management both published articles in Intensive Care, the health care industry column of the ABI Journal this fall.
Jeff's article "Medicaid Provider Assessments: Regulatory Fee, or Priority Tax Debt?" was published in the September 2025 ABI Journal. The article discusses how provider assessments (aka bed taxes) in the Medicaid system are treated in bankruptcy cases.
In the November 2025 issue, Jeanne explains some of ways the Trump administration is impacting the health care sector in "One Big Beautiful Bill: Greater Distress in Health Care." Jeanne also serves as a Co-coordinating Editor for the Intensive Care column.
