Background & Experience Kate Sender represents bankruptcy trustees, debtors, and creditors in bankruptcy litigation and state court disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Kate was an associate with the Denver-based bankruptcy firm of Sender Wasserman Wadsworth. She also worked as an intern with the Gonzaga University's Federal Tax Clinic.
