The IWIRC New Jersey Network was pleased to honor the appointment of the Honorable Vincent F. Papalia to the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.  Judge Papalia filled the vacancy in Newark in January.  

The reception took place at the Greenbrook Country Club in North Caldwell, NJ.  Attendees included IWIRC Members and many sponsors.
