Professional Bio:

Natasha is a restructuring partner in the Banking and Finance team. Natasha has over 25 years' experience in Banking and Restructuring and Insolvency. Previous firms include DLA Piper and CMS. During that time she has advised;

 Corporates and management teams, insolvency practitioners, financiers, debtors, creditors,  property advisors, funds and other stakeholders in respect of all aspects of the distressed cycle. She specialises in formal corporate insolvency processes including distressed sales, administrations, pre-packs liquidations, and company voluntary arrangements.

·         Banks and lenders in relation to the enforcement of their security and non-performing loans portfolios. 

Natasha specialises in corporate advisory situations on complex and often multi-jurisdictional restructurings as well as having undertaken many of the larger retail sales and acquisitions in the market recently. She has led various high-profile transactions across a breadth of sectors including, most recently, pre-packs and restructurings in the energy, financial services, aviation, pharmaceutical, retail and hospitality and sustainable packaging sectors, with a particular emphasis on vertical integration of supply chain transactions. 

Natasha is a member of R3 the trade association for the UK's insolvency and restructuring professionals, R3., INSOL and provides restructuring advice to members of the Institute of Hospitality.
