Luci has over 20 years’ experience of managing complex and challenging domestic and international corporate insolvencies and restructurings, as well as major commercial disputes and investigations arising in the context of formal insolvencies. For the past five consecutive years, Luci has been recognized as a Rising Star and named as a key lawyer for Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency in the Legal 500. 

Luci is trusted by clients to help them navigate complex challenges. She provides solutions-oriented, strategic and legal advice to officeholders, debtors, financial institutions and other creditors, shareholders, directors and wider stakeholders (including HMG, the FCA and the FSCS).  Her practice is sector agnostic and frequently cross-border in nature.

Her advisory practice spans the full spectrum from consensual restructuring to formal insolvency, including contingency planning (enforcement options, COMI shifts and managing counterparty risk), the use of restructuring tools (e.g., restructuring plans, schemes of arrangement and CVAs), insolvency appointments, pre-packs and trading insolvencies, and strategic advice to stakeholders across a wide range of sectors.

Luci has particular expertise in providing complex, technical and bespoke advice to boards of directors, particularly in the retail, international aviation, energy and rail sectors, and frequently in situations of strategic significance and/or with a political dimension.   Luci is also the lead insolvency contact for the firm's key retail clients.
