Luci's practice spans the full spectrum from consensual restructuring to formal insolvency. With more than two decades of experience, she has been involved in many high-profile insolvencies, frequently involving ground-breaking legal developments. She acts for a variety of stakeholders including directors, financial advisors, debtors, financial institutions and other creditors (including FCSC, FCA and HMG).

Luci is recognized by clients for her excellent technical knowledge combined with solutions-oriented approach, and her exceptional level of engagement and commitment.  For the past seven consecutive years, Luci has been recognized as a Rising Star, Next Gen Partner and named as a key lawyer for Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency in Legal 500. 

Luci regularly manages cross-departmental teams on high-profile domestic and international R&I mandates. Much of her work is confidential in nature but notable recent matters include Hurricane Energy, Empire Cinemas and certain confidential high-profile matters in the Altnet, real estate, heavy industry, professional services and retail sectors. Luci has particular expertise in providing complex, technical and bespoke advice to boards of directors, frequently in situations of strategic significance and/or with a political dimension.
