Professional Bio:

Over a 20-year career with AlixPartners, I executed a professional development and marketing program that helped the firm achieve consistent, year-over-year growth in terms of employees, offices, clients and referral sources. The underlying driver for AlixPartners was the belief that relationships built on delivering great client service and mutual respect for all professionals is how we wanted to succeed. 

Using that theme as a platform, I crafted practical business development approaches to help our client service professionals keep a strong presence in the marketplace even while deployed onsite with clients.  Our program included a range of tools, initiatives, association activities, events and marketing communications.

I became a member of IWIRC in 1994, shortly after it was formed.  After a couple years, I co-founded the Michigan Network, an established and successful network that holds a variety of gret events each year.  In 2000 I joined the international IWIRC board to lead the member recruiting committee. I subsequently served as vice chair, chair, and am currently on the executive board as past chair.
