Judy O'Neill,partner at Foley & Lardner LLP and the firm's national Automotive Crisis Insolvency chair, has been named as the first recipient of Barbara J. Rom Award of Bankruptcy Excellence, which was established by the Federal Bar Association (EDM).  The purpose of this award is to honor individuals who, like Barbara Rom, have exhibited the highest level of overall excellence in the practice of bankruptcy law.
