Our network was founded in 2009 with the goal of connecting the many savvy women professionals in the insolvency and restructuring community in the state. Through networking events, cocktail receptions, and educational programs, we deliver a wide range of benefits to our members.

New practitioners especially value the chance to get to know senior members of the restructuring community in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The IWIRC mentoring program provides more structured engagement for new professionals to gain business development, networking and leadership skills.

IWIRC membership also provides great opportunities to build awareness for your particular expertise on state-wide, regional, national and international platforms.
