She has over 20 years of experience providing consulting services in matters involving commercial and intellectual property damages, financial forensics, and business valuation. Her consulting experience spans from small and privately-held companies to Fortune 500 corporations. Kelly has worked across various industries, including agriculture, hardware and software, retail, restaurants, medical devices, construction, metals and automotive.

Ms. Tinberg has testified on lost profits, forensic accounting and intellectual property matters. Kelly has assisted testifying experts on bankruptcy and liquidation matters, corporate restructuring, as well as assisted on receiverships. She has also worked on international matters, common law matters, as well as matters with cross borders considerations.
