On September 10, 2025, IWIRC Brazil hosted an inspiring luncheon in São Paulo with Leyza Blanco, diving deep into one of the most powerful questions for any professional woman: How can we expand our networks and truly maximize the benefits of being part of IWIRC International?

Leyza spoke about the importance of nurturing authentic connections — reminding us that when opportunities arise, we should always think first of another IWIRC woman.

She reinforces how powerful the connection is through the IWIRC website, connecting members around the globe to provide opportunities and highlights the importance of keeping member profiles updated.

Together, we reflected on how to create a more inclusive environment — one that welcomes not only women but also the men who support our mission — and how to encourage our members to engage even more actively in the network that empowers us all.

By the end of the luncheon, every participant left feeling energized and deeply inspired — with a renewed understanding of IWIRC’s global reach and how to engage more meaningfully within our network.
