Professional Bio:

Rowana-Kay is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She has experience in domestic and cross border insolvency and restructuring issues (including schemes of arrangement), contentious and non-contentious liquidations, and trust disputes. Rowana also has experience in civil litigation matters.

Rowana-Kay studied law at the University of the West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. She has a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford with a focus on Public International law. In addition to the Cayman Islands, Rowana-Kay has worked as a litigator in Bermuda and Saint Lucia.
