I have practised offshore as litigator since 2008 and specialise in complex and high value international insolvency litigation and contentious trusts matters. Many of my cases involve commercial fraud and I am skilled in obtaining all forms of pre-action relief and devising and implementing asset-tracing and recovery strategies. I act for all participants in the offshore financial services market including insolvency office holders, investment managers and directors, creditors and shareholders, and parties to large scale commercial litigation. I also regularly advise and act for beneficiaries along with all other professionals and fiduciaries.
