Some 60 members and friends of IWIRC were informed and entertained by the lively discussion with Ramsay-Hale, expertly facilitated by Caroline Moran of Maples Group The learned Judge compelled the female attendees to boost other women and shared her insights on some of the cultural and social obstacles that many professional women face, as well as the structural advantages that are identifiable in many Caribbean jurisdictions where women hold positions of power. After the discussion, attendees enjoyed drinks, canapés and networking overlooking the beautiful gardens of the National Gallery.
