2. Mentor of NEW (Network of Executive Women) program with Walmart (2022, 2023, 2024)

• HSBC, Walmart and Deloitte have joined forces to launch the Network of Executive Women Cross-Organization Mentorship Program ("NEW") which aims to promote gender diversity in the local marketplace through providing

support towards the development and advancement of future women leaders within the Southern China business community.

As a bridge, I have connected PRC bankruptcy associations with HK Insolvency petitioners to have academic exchange through Seminars, visits, workshops as well.

Leading team to have published a book named “2021-2022 Restructuring case analyse of A share Licos” in 2024 (2nd book of Deloitte restructuring and performance enhancement Series)

1) Samson Paper: (Cross Border)

Acting as leading partner of the mainland China, liaising with Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court and HK Team to successfully have obtained the recognition of Shenzhen Court of Liquidators appointed in HK (two Deloitte partners). Our other service include: financial review, cash flow forecast, assets disposal and introduction of white knight, liquidation of the PRC subsidiaries.

The 1st national mutual recognition case under "Mutual agreement on recognition and assistance to insolvency proceeding between PRC and HK" issued in May 2021.

2) Ozner Water: (Cross Border)

Acting as leading partner of the mainland China, liaising with Shanghai Intermediate People’s Court and HK Team to successfully have obtained the recognition of Shanghai Intermediate People’s Court of Liquidators appointed in HK (two Deloitte partners).

In the meanwhile, Ozner’s subsidiaries in Shanghai have been put into bankruptcy process, in which Deloitte is one of the Bankruptcy Administrator. I

am the in-charge person of PRC BA procedure, and this case is the first onshore and offshore Interactively cooperating case.

Awards:

¸ The 2nd national and the 1st Shanghai mutual recognition case, under "Mutual agreement on recognition and assistance to insolvency proceeding between PRC and HK" issued in May 2021.

3) Dalian shipbuilding offshore Co. Ltd.(PRC Bankruptcy Administration case)

Acting as leading partner of the captioned case, to have provided advisory service to Bank Committee during the whole process of the company's bankruptcy administration. 

Our service include:

¸ Review restructuring plan formulated by Bankruptcy Administrator ("BA")

¸ Review liquidation report by Auditor and valuation report by Valuer

¸ Review the business and cash flow forecast provided by investors

¸ Support Bank Committee to communicate with government, investors, BA, Auditor and Valuer to better secure the interest of Bank Committee

4) Suning Yigo (PRC debt restructuring case)

The company is one of the largest commercial enterprises in China. We are acting as Financial advisor for the company to have provided: IBR, Cashflow, and restructuring plan designing work. We have helped client to continue talk with government and creditors, rebuild their trust and obtain a Closed operating loan(????) of 8b from Government.

5) Ecogreen Chemical: (Cross border)

The company is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and listed in Hong Kong,

with important subsidiaries located in Xiamen.

Significant restructuring arrangements will be carried out in the Mainland and

Hong Kong respectively.

We have completed the IFA role and are nominated as Joint Bankruptcy Administrator by Xiamen Intermediate People's Court, and in the meanwhile,

have being nominated as HK liquidator by the creditors.

6) Yango Group Co., Ltd: (Cross border)

The company is listed in the A-share market and principal operating location is based in PRC, with a wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary which has issued US dollar bonds;

Acting as leading partner to coordinate the work in both the Mainland and Hong

Kong as Financial Advisor to the company to have provided:

¸ IBR, Cashflow, and restructuring plan designing work.

¸ Leading the recovery of assets of the liquidator in the Mainland after Deloitte's partners being appointed as the Joint Liquidators of the Company's Hong Kong subsidiary.

7) A lot of restructuring cases, such as China Evergrande, Longan, Kaisa, Guomei,

Zhongliang etc. Major services include:
