Professional Experience

Ms. Dong was admitted to practice law in 2004 in Mainland China, and in 2011 in New York, United State.

Prior to joining JunHe LLP, Ms. Dong practiced law in Shanghai Tianyin Law firm and Shanghai Joint-win law firm. The main fields she has advised many companies, government departments, financial institutions, and provided professional service on various matters, including business reorganization, debt restructuring, dispute resolution, liquidation, compliance etc.. Ms. Dong also worked as the legal manager in an US listed company in solar industry over 2 years and was involved in a lot of capital raising matters, e.g. issuing the ADS, convertible notes, bank loan etc.

In December 2010, Ms. Dong joined JunHe LLP.
