Shannon Dougherty Humiston is counsel at Burr & Forman LLP focusing on bankruptcy and civil litigation. Shannon has experience representing clients in all aspects of bankruptcy, including debtors, creditors, trustees, fee committees and parties to adversary proceedings. Shannon also has substantial civil litigation experience in all levels of Courts in Delaware, including the Delaware Court of Chancery. Among other matters, Shannon litigates contract disputes, mortgage foreclosure actions, and cases involving property rights. Shannon focuses on swift and effective representations responsive to her clients’ needs. Additionally, Shannon volunteers with the Office of the Child Advocate.
