Professional Bio:

Michael is an associate attorney at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP's Wilmington, Delaware Office.  His diverse background and judicial clerkship experience have allowed him to work on complex matters involving official creditor's committees, attorney sanctions, preference defense, and avoidance and dischargeability actions.

Michael is a 2021 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and former term clerk for the Hon. Ashely M. Chan, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

During law school, Michael was a summer extern for the Hon. Carlota Böhm, U.S. Bankrutpcy Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania, before becoming a valued student law clerk in the office of Ronda J. Winnecour, Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania, for the majority of his law school career.

Before acquiring his legal education, Michael held various leadership roles with various nonprofit organizations, served as the president to a statewide labor union, and contributed to disaster relief efforts while with the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
