On Friday June 5, at 9:30 a.m., Linda Donhouser (Miles & Stockbridge) and her panel discuss "Anything But Bankruptcy! Trends and Issues Involving Non-Bankruptcy Alternatives" - exploring various options to the Chapter 11 and 7 when considering small and mid-sized troubled companies.
At 11:00 am on Friday, Maria Ellena Chavez-Ruark (Saul Ewing) and her panel of business and academic leaders discuss key recommendations in the American Bankruptcy Institute Commission to Study the Reform of Chapter 11 in "Reducing Barriers to Entry, Costs and Litigation in Business Bankruptcy Cases".
After lunch, at 1:30 p.m., join Jovi Bohan (Stout Risius Ross), Susan Klein (Gordon Feinblatt) and Susan Roberts (Whiteford Taylor) for a discussion on "Voidable Transactions: Consequences and the Law".
At 2:30 p.m., the Hon. Nancy V. Alquist joins a panel discussion on "Financial Advisors’ Various Roles and Responsibilities in Chapter 11"
