Tara L. Grundemeier serves as the managing attorney for the Houston bankruptcy division of Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, overseeing bankruptcy operations for the  Greater Houston area and Southeast Texas.  She is a nationally recognized attorney with extensive experience representing governmental creditors in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations and restructurings, with a specialized focus on ad valorem property tax litigation in bankruptcy courts across the country.  Tara’s practice also includes representing governmental creditors in cross-border insolvency matters, further expanding her role in complex, multi-jurisdictional restructurings.
