Professional Bio:

I am the Managing Partner of Hammurabi & Solomon Partners (a multi disciplined Law Firm) and I head the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law Practice, International commercial Arbitration, Dispute Resolution,  and Mergers & Acquisitions practices of the Firm. I have represented Clients from both the Public Sector as well as Private Clients before various Courts, Authorities and Tribunals.  

My tenure includes multiple high-stakes cases, where our team's strategic approach has resulted in landmark judgments that shape the International Commercial as well as Insolvency landscape. Collaborating with clients across sectors, I leverage 23 years+ of legal acumen to navigate complex legal challenges and drive successful outcomes. I have led some pathbreaking cases, including on 'Reverse Insolvency'. 

I am also recipient of various Awards, Recognitions and Accolades, both Global as well as Domestic for my contribution to Law and its various facets. I am also a speaker at various Forums, Seminars and webinars both Domestic as well as International. 

I have also authored a Book titled “Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 with Rules, Regulations & Guidelines and JURISPUDENCE (Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLAT & NCLT)”. The book has been foreworded by Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.K.Sikri, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India and Dr. M.S. Sahoo, Former Chairperson, IBBI (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India). 

I have also written various articles and publications, including the contribution in the Compliance, Ethics and Integrity from the Indian perspective on the German “Yearbook 2021 on Global Ethics, Compliance & Integrity” compiled by Viadrina Centre for Compliance, Germany as well as an author on Compliance Laws in India published by Bundsanzeiger Verlag, a leading German publication as well as contributed to the World Bank’s published “Women Business and Law”.

Serving as a Jurisdictional Council Member at IPBA, I contribute to a dynamic network of legal professionals, bringing a nuanced understanding of corporate and financial law to the Asia-Pacific legal community.

I am also the Joint Secretary of the Society Of Construction Law (SCL) India.
