Professional Bio:

Priyanjali is working as a Senior Consultant in the Restructuring practice of Kroll, based in Mumbai, India. She has completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) course from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and also Company Secretary (CS) course from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has over 4 years of experience, and has been involved in financial and transaction advisory, cash flow monitoring, fund solutions, insolvency and bankruptcy assignments.

Prior to joining Kroll, she has collaborated with a team to report internal finance controls, prepared MIS reports and developed financial models. She was a part of a boutique investment banking company where she assisted in buy-side advisory services. During her chartered accountancy and company secretary training, she has actively participated in conducting various transfer pricing audits, benchmark analysis, statutory audits, and secretarial audits.

She has worked with companies across multiple industries such as infrastructure, food & beverage, defense and shipping.
