Professional Bio:

Laura Day DelCotto is the founding member of DelCotto Law Group, a Kentucky lawfirm practicing in all areas of corporate and consumer bankruptcy, debtor/creditor disputes and workouts, and all types of commercial litigation.  She obtained her B.A. magna cum laude from The University of the South (Sewanee) and her J.D. with distinction from the University of Kentucky College Of Law. 

Laura Day is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and certified in Business Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. She holds numerous repeat recognitions from her peers for exhibiting high standards of professional excellence, including Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rating,  Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers' "Top 10" attorneys and "Top 25" female attorneys in Kentucky. She is a Kentucky Fellow in the American Bar Association Foundation, a life member in the Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference, and a member of Leadership Kentucky Class of 2013. 

In 2021, Laura Day founded Wellthi LLC, designed to provide corporate wellness education/speaking centered around the balanced lifestyle concepts of Ayurveda and yoga.  She is certified in Ayurvedic Lifestyle by The Chopra Center, and holds her RYT200 yoga teacher certification from Yoga Shanti.  Laura Day is the Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association Lawyer Well-Being Committee.
