Professional Bio:

Victoria is a legal director in the Restructuring team at Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP.  Victoria specialises in non-contentious corporate restructuring.  She advises banks, insolvency practitioners, underperforming businesses, directors and other stakeholders on strategic and legal issues in insolvent and distressed situations.

Victoria acts for lenders, directors, corporates and insolvency practitioners in relation to insolvency appointments, restructuring outside of formal insolvency, business and asset sales, and the duties and conduct of directors.

She has significant experience advising clients across a range of industries and sectors, including the finance and corporate sectors, real estate, hospitality, care home operators, law firms, construction groups, and more recently, dealing with failed domestic energy suppliers.

Victoria graduated from the University of St Andrews with a masters degree in Modern History.  She then attended Nottingham Law School, where she completed the graduate diploma in law and the legal practice course.
