Professional Bio:

Estelle is a Legal Director in the Business Restructuring and Insolvency team at LCF Law. Estelle specialises in both contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency work across the UK.

Estelle advises all parties involved in the insolvency process and acts for many national and regional insolvency practitioners, asset-based lenders, creditors, debtors, distressed companies, directors, individuals, and guarantors. Estelle’s areas of expertise include advising on all aspects of administrations, liquidations, director disqualification, voluntary arrangements, MVL’s and bankruptcy.

Estelle acts for clients across a diverse range of business sectors, including retail, food and drink and construction.

Estelle graduated from Warwick University and then studied at The University of Law, Chester. In between university and Law School, Estelle worked at King & Wood Mallesons in Syndey, Australia as a paralegal.

Estelle was named as a Rising Star by Legal 500 in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 .
