Professional Bio:
I am a recent graduate from the University of Kansas School of Law and a first-generation attorney. I decided to attend law school because I enjoyed participating in Mock Trial as an undergraduate student. I quickly developed an interest in bankruptcy and commercial law. Specifically, I appreciated the complexity and strategy of insolvency work.
During law school, I participated in activities focused on bankruptcy and commercial law. I enjoyed competing in the Shapero Regional Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition and the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. Additionally, I enrolled in the Tribal Law Clinic to work on a project involving bonds and how tribes could issue bonds to generate income. Furthermore, I worked part-time throughout law school at a variety of firms where I was placed on projects involving bankruptcy, insolvency, and financial law.
