Professional Bio:

Jeanne has provided executive transition and restructuring services for health care organizations nationwide since 2008.  She has 20+ years of health care experience in roles such as CEO, COO, CFO, and CAO, in effect often serving as the Chief Restructuring Officer.  She has an extensive turnaround background in the full range of health care provider settings, from academic medical centers to physician groups, critical access hospitals, and nursing homes. 

While Jeanne is a general administrator, she has a particular strength in health care finance operations.   She specializes in rapid cash flow improvement while also stabilizing other health care service functions.

Jeanne has turned around a hospital in preparation for health system affiliation, conducted buy-side due diligence and transactional support for acquisitions, and stabilized a health system’s newly acquired medical center.  She has worked at the transformation of health care with service line start-ups in radiology, emergency services, and specialty physician practices, as well as project management leadership for revenue cycle, surgical services, pharmacies, nursing homes, and clinics.    

Collaboration is a hallmark of Jeanne's approach with her clients and colleagues, so much so that she has been recognized nationally for it.  She received the Health Resources and Services Administration Award from the United States Department of Health and Human Services for meeting Organ Donation Breakthrough Collaborative goals ahead of schedule.  This success involved working with professionals across various regional and national health care organizations. 

Jeanne holds an MA in health administration and a JD, both from the University of Iowa.
