Join IWIRC New England for a private cooking class at The KITCHEN in Boston Public Market. The class will be hands-on, guided by a chef who will lead the group in learning new recipes featuring a seasonal, local three-course menu. The appetizer, entrée, and dessert will be made from top-quality produce and meats from local farmers. Following chef demonstration and you’ll roll up your sleeves and get cooking! Enjoy your completed meal with a glass of wine and new and old friends alike.
