Amanda Perry Lepre is an Attorney with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O’Gara and a member of the firm’s Banking and Creditor’s Rights Practice. 

She focuses her practice on assisting lending clients with a wide range of sophisticated commercial transactions, including asset-based and real estate loans as well as foreclosures, work-outs and debt restructurings. For her professional excellence, Attorney Perry Lepre has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in Banking & Finance Law; Bankruptcy and Creditor Debt Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law and Litigation – Bankruptcy.
