Patty has extensive experience in collection actions, foreclosures, bankruptcies and receiverships. She advises creditors, lending institutions, banks and mortgage companies about creditors’ rights in insolvency proceedings. Additionally, Patty has experience in issues concerning mortgage banking and consumer compliance. She represents clients with respect to licensing issues before the Rhode Island Division of Banking and the Massachusetts Division of Banks. Patty is certified as a Creditors’ Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification. She is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and insolvency topics and on mortgage regulatory compliance topics.
