Patricia is an attorney with Preti Flaherty’s Real Estate and Finance and Corporate and M&A practice groups in the firm’s Concord, New Hampshire, office. She has a wide range of experience advising business and banking clients on creditor rights issues, including secured and unsecured lending, collections, and bankruptcy. She counsels Chapter 7 Trustees in asset recovery and the avoidance of preferential transfers, and has represented numerous banks and other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and state law collection cases.
