Professional Bio:

Jennifer Taylor is a partner in the San Francisco office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP and a member of the Corporate Finance and Restructuring Practices. Jennifer represents clients in secured and unsecured leveraged buyouts, debt restructurings, and other structured financings. She has experience negotiating workout transactions and representing clients in Chapter 11 reorganizations and distressed acquisitions.
