I am pleased to announce that I have moved my legal practice from Murray & Murray to Berliner Cohen’s San Jose office as Of Counsel in their Bankruptcy practice group.
During my legal career, I have advised many business debtors, creditors and fiduciaries in bankruptcy and out of court insolvency matters. I am confident that my present and future clients will be in good hands at Berliner Cohen. Berliner Cohen is one of the largest and oldest law firms in San Jose (over 45 years) serving the business and regulatory needs of nationally recognized businesses and a number of Silicon Valley's largest national and multinational corporations as well as regional and local companies. We also have offices in Merced and Modesto.
I will continue to do the same type of insolvency work at Berliner Cohen as I did at Murray & Murray, including business Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 debtor representations, creditors’ committee representations, creditor representations in insolvency matters, business wind downs and dissolutions, business restructuring, and representation of assignees in the assignment for the benefit of creditors.
