Professional Bio:

Lishi Fong is a partner in the Banking and Finance practice group and head of our Transactional team in Singapore. Lishi’s experience includes advising both financial institutions and corporations on a range of transactions including structured lending, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, pre-IPO finance, take-private transactions, trade finance, margin finance, capital call finance, property finance and syndicated lending.

Before joining us, Lishi was counsel in the Banking and Finance team of Norton Rose Fulbright for over a decade and is a specialist in international banking with a wide range of experience in cross border syndicated bank financing with particular emphasis on acquisition finance and structured trade and commodities finance. She was one of the leading lawyers in the Banking and Finance team that won “Trade Finance Law Firm of the Year” for several consecutive years.

Lishi is also on the Singapore Business Review’s list of most influential lawyers aged under 40 in 2017.
