Professional Bio:

Lucy leads EYP's Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy team for the South West and South Wales region and has vast experience of working with mid-market businesses facing varying challenges from early stage cash constraints through to formal insolvency. She is known for bringing her energy and innovation to Board engagements, encouraging directors to think strategically and critically about the challenges facing their businesses.

During her career, she has spent time working within the business support teams of Barclays Bank PLC and HSBC Bank Plc, giving her an invaluable insight into the internal workings of banks and in particular, their dealings with distressed businesses. 

Lucy is a licensed insolvency practitioner and a committee member of the South West & Wales region of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.  She lives in South Wales with her husband, two kids and a menagerie of animals.
