Professional Bio:

Meghann A. Triplett is an attorney in the San Luis Obispo office of Margulies Faith, LLP. Ms. Triplett focuses her practice on representing Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and bankruptcy litigation. Ms. Triplett also represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 individual and business bankruptcy cases, and adversary proceedings. Ms. Triplett has extensive experience representing bankruptcy trustees, creditors, secured lenders, and debtors in a variety of matters, including bankruptcy and business related litigation, all aspects of bankruptcy reorganization, workouts, restructurings, and insolvency counseling. Ms. Triplett is responsible for a wide range of law and motion practice; including drafting memoranda of law, complaints, propounding discovery, trial preparation, and oral argument. Ms. Triplett routinely performs specialized research on a variety of legal and procedural issues related to the intersection between state substantive law and federal bankruptcy law. 

Prior to joining Margulies Faith, LLP, Ms. Triplett served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer and Honorable Kathleen Thompson (Ret.), Bankruptcy Judges for the Central District of California.
