Professional Bio:

Started my career in Nashville TN in 1997.  I am currently licensed in Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. I am also admitted into the Federal Courts in Maryland.  I began as a debtor attorney before switching to creditor representation after 8.5 years.  I currently represent banks and mortgage servicers.  My main office address is in Georgia but I am physically located in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. I was very active in Tennessee with the local and state Bar associations and involved with several committees including the Bankruptcy committees of both.  I have worked on the local rules committee in the Middle District of Tennessee.
