Vanessa is a Senior Vice President of MNP Ltd.'s corporate restructuring practice in Calgary. Vanessa has acted in a variety of corporate insolvency engagements including bankruptcies, proposals, private and Court-appointed receiverships, proceedings under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act and Chapter 13 proceedings. She is regularly involved in business review and monitoring engagements for companies that are suffering from poor financial or operational results.
