I have 15 years of experience acting as a financial advisor providing deals and transactions solutions to businesses in various jurisdictions.

I am experienced and licensed in BC to provide solutions to insolvent companies by way of restructuring under the CCAA and BIA including, receiverships, bankruptcies, and CCAAs.

In London, UK I worked in Complex and International Insolvency. I specialized in multi-billion dollar cross-border/multi-jurisdictional liquidations in the financial sector with large and complex debt and group structures.  I have experience working with insolvency regulations in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Dubai, Kuwait, Cyprus, Egypt, Australia, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, UK, Switzerland, Germany, Brazil, Uruguay, and the United States. I also have experience working with a large Ukrainian company. 

I have served clients in a wide variety of industries including real estate, cannabis, government, forestry, financial institutions, financial services, mining and resources, energy, construction, aerospace, manufacturing and distribution, retail, and non-profit.
