All CLE attendance reporting is now handled electronically.  Please click here to access the online CLE reporting form. This is what we will use to report your attendance, so completing this form is essential! Your Certificate of Attendance and all of the forms you would normally receive at an IWIRC event can be downloaded from the links below.

Please note: You must submit your attendance information using the link above by November 13th.  After this time your attendance will no longer be reported!
