Members met up to start the conference with a cocktail reception at The Upper on the 13th. The next morning, the panels began at AP-Marunouchi, focusing on: Bank Insolvencies: Industry Impact Six Month Later, The Fear Factor: Recognizing and Managing Fear in the Profession, and Global Asset Recovery. Yuri Sugano was awarded the WOYR(A) Award as sponsored by REDD. Members then enjoyed lunch at Brianza. The day concluded with intermezzos designed to connect members through immersion into the local culture with courses in ikebana (flower-arranging), Japanese sweets-making, and tea ceremonies.
